PROGRAM PEJUANG KASIH DAN LAYANAN PSIKOSOSIAL PADA ORANG TUA DAN ANAK PEJUANG KANKER DI YKAKI KOTA MAKASSAR

Kanker pada anak berdampak tidak hanya pada fisik anak, tetapi juga pada kesehatan psikologis orang tua. Orang tua sering mengalami stres, kecemasan, dan kelelahan emosional yang memengaruhi kualitas hidup keluarga. Oleh karena itu, dukungan psikososial sangat penting agar keluarga lebih adaptif dan resilien. Program Pejuang Kasih di Yayasan Kasih Anak Kanker Indonesia (YKAKI) Makassar bertujuan memberikan layanan psikososial kepada orang tua dan anak pejuang kanker. Kegiatan dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui observasi, wawancara, penyusunan modul, dan pelaksanaan sesi layanan, seperti edukasi, konseling kelompok, terapi seni, dan aktivitas reflektif. Hasilnya menunjukkan respons positif: orang tua merasa lebih tenang dan terbantu secara emosional, sementara anak-anak terlihat lebih ceria dan antusias. Kesimpulannya, layanan berbasis empati dan partisipasi ini efektif mendukung kesehatan mental keluarga pejuang kanker, serta berpotensi menjadi model layanan berkelanjutan melalui kolaborasi lintas sektor
