Strategi Pengembangan Kopi Robusta Rakyat Di Kabupaten Bondowoso

Abstract

ABSTRACT

The development strategy of smallholder Robusta coffee farm management in the research area. The research used descriptive, comparative and correlational methods. The research area was determined by purposive method considering that Districts of Sumber Wringin, Tlogosari were the smallholder Robusta coffee producing centers of Bondowoso Regency and samples were determined by cluster sampling with the required total sample of 30 respondents. To analyze data, financial analysis tool was used comprising T Pair Before After analysis, R/C ratio analysis, benefit function analysis, and Force Field Analysis. The results of analyses; the differences of the average total cost, before and after the fuel price increase, were significant. The cost efficiency by R/C ratio tool before and after the increase of fuel price was efficient. The analysis of profit function showed that the land size had a significant effect on the profit of smallholder Robusta coffee farm management. Analysis of Force Field Analysis showed that the driving factors were that: (a) the productive plants had existed, (b) the market share was large, (c) the productivity was not optimal.
