Strategi Pengembangan Agroindustri Tempe Di Kabupaten Jember

Abstract

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to learn about development strategy of agroindustrial tempe in Jember. The results showed that strategies undertaken to develop agroindustry of tempe in Jember is (a) maintaining and improving the quality/stability of tempe, (b) establishing a good relationship with customers to expand the marketing network, particularly to potential consumer, (c) coaching and training to improve knowledge human resources on soybean agroindustry, and (d) a soy-based pricing by the government to stabilize the price of soybeans as raw materials in agroindustrial tempe.
