Pengembangan Produksi Kopi Dan Karet Di Perkebunan Kalijompo Sebagai Penghasil Devisa.

Abstract

Coffee and rubber are agriculture product as the energy supplier for mankind life. Aim of this research were: (1) to learn thrifty an change from coffee and rubber production at Jember Regency (2) to learn economic efficiency from improvement of coffee and rubber production (3) to learn sensitivity efficiency through parameter changing; and to learn effect of good plantation technique in order of Good Agriculture Practices (GAP)at Kalijompo plantation. This research have been done at Kalijompo plantation at Jember regency. It was using descriptives, analytical and comparative methods. The datas has taken at the Kalijompo plantation. Data for this research was using data from it’s company and added from others data. Analytical tools was using Domestic Resources Cost (DRC) analyze, sensitivity analyze and Good Agriculture Practices. Research results showing that coffee production at the Kalijompo plantation not efficient according economic concept because it’s value more than 1 (one) at the 1,35 point and rubber commodity based from economic concept was efficient because of it’s value less than 1 (one) at the 0,40 point. Based from sensitivity with changing of coffee production increase 10%, 20% and 30%, land rent have been out and tax of land included, then wage of labors increase in order that production rate with 10%, 20% and 30% was showing not efficient. It will be an efficient at the 40% production rate. At the rubber production based from sensitivity analyze with production rate changing at  10%, 20% and 30%, land rent have been out and tax of land included, then wage of labors increase in order that production rate with 10%, 20% and 30% was showing efficient. In otherwise, Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) application in the coffee plantation more less with score at 3 point and showing 58,88% application score. It’s just a some part of Good Agriculture Practices only. In otherwise, rubber plantation in it’s application more high with score at 4 point and showing 61,50%. Relationship between GAP application and efficiency have been done with sensitivity analyze was showing coffee and rubber plantation technique have applied with right and correct ways or Good Agriculture Practices at the Kalijompo plantation got negative sign if it applied by GAP and showed DRC value more low. Value of DRC showed an efficient and a comparatives rate.
