PERAN PENYULUH PERTANIAN (PPL) PADA BUDIDAYA PADI VARIETAS SILOSARI DENGAN POLA TANAM JAJARLEGOWO DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRODUKSI PADI DI KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the role of PPL in rice cultivation of the Silosari variety with the jajarlegowo cropping pattern on rice production in Pakuwesi Village, Curahdami District, Bondowoso Regency. This esearch used the Spearman Rank analysis method, with data collection techniques using purposive sampling. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the PPL’s ​​role as educator, facilitator, and evaluator was a very good categorized with an average score of 4.39. The relationship between the role of PPL and production, namely as an educator and evaluator, didn’t have a significant relationship. But meanwhile as a facilitator, there was a significant with strongly relationship between the role of PPL and production.
