PENGARUH FAKTOR INTERNAL TERHADAP PRODUKSI USAHATANI PADI SAWAH (Oryza sativa) KELOMPOK TANI KARYA BAKTI 1/C DI DESA GUNUNG ANYAR KECAMATAN TAPEN KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of internal factors, namely labor, capital and land area on the production of lowland rice farming and the dominant production factors on the production of lowland rice farming by the Karya Bakti I C farmer group in Gunung Anyar Village, Tapen District, Bondowoso Regency.

This type of research uses a survey. The survey method is a method of collecting primary data obtained directly from the original source. The data used is primary data, namely the farmers of the Tanai Karya I C Village, Gunung Anyar Village, Tapen District, Bondowoso Regency, totaling 20 people. The results showed that (1) production factors, namely labor, capital and land area, will increase the production of farmers in Gununganyar village, Tapen sub-district.

Suggestions that can be given are (1) Because labor, working capital and land area have a big relationship or influence on work production, farmers in Gunung Anyar Village, Tapen District should always improve their abilities (2) Labor, working capital and area land should always be used as well as possible in carrying out tasks and work.
