ANALISIS NILAI TAMBAH GABAH PADA PROSES PRODUKSI BERAS ORGANIK GAPOKTAN AL BAROKAH KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO

Abstract

Tani Mandiri I farmer group managed organic rice production process . Tani Mandiri I was the only one farmer group agroindustry in Lombok kulon Village, Wonosari District, Bondowoso Regency. The Mandiri Farmer Group , namely Al Barokah Gapoktan, performed the organic rice milling process based on consumer orders. When the organic rice was not producted, fixed costs such as the machines had depreciation. Sometimes, this incident is not accounted  in detail from total production costs during the production process. Based on this fenomena, the researcher wanted to study the organic rice production system of this independent farmer in terms of procurement of raw materials, processing processes, types of production, and production layout. A study of the production system can be used as a basic knowing, how much of costs component incurred during organic rice milling activities, so from this study, we could know that this production was efectively or not. And we can found out that value added was necessary needed in organic rice milling process

This research used purposive sampling technique method to represented population farmer Al Barokah Gapoktan in the field. Analysis of the data used to determine the organic rice production system was descriptive analysis. Analysis of the data to determine the efficiency of production costs using the R/C ratio, namely the comparison between total revenue (R) and total cost (C), while the analysis used to determine value added of the organic rice process was Hayami model method. The results showed that the procurement of raw materials by Gapoktan Al Barokah has met the aspects of quantity and continuity. The production process is in accordance with the SOP, the value added of processing GKG into rice packaging by the Al Barokah Gapoktan was positive which was for about IDR 2,500,00 per kg of GKG..
