ANALISIS HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI DAN STRATEGI BISNIS USAHA PUPUK ORGANIK ASAM AMINO BERBAHAN DASAR IKAN LEMURU PADA P4S BINTANG TANI SEJAHTERA DI KABUPATEN BONDOWOSO

Abstract

This Research focused on cost of good sold  and the business strategy of the Amino Acid organic fertilizer business on P4S Bintang tani Sejahtera. This research was an analytic descriptive research using quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The analysis used in this study was Analysis of cost of good sold (COGS), SWOT Analysis and Business Model Canvas (BMC). Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that the cost of good sold (COGS) was IDR 42,750.00 / liter. The Amino Acid business also has strengths and opportunities which will be used to against weaknesses and challenges. The results of the analysis also show that the Amino Acids business unit has 9 business elements namely partners, production processes, raw materials, production and marketing costs, customers, customer segmentation, marketing tools and revenue sale
