ANALISIS YURIDIS TERHADAP PERLINDUNGAN HAK ASASI MANUSIA DALAM PENYELENGGARAAN DAN PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Abstract

This study highlights the importance of transparency and accountability in automated decision-making by AI, as well as the need for holistic regulation and effective legal enforcement to ensure the fair use of AI in accordance with human rights principles. This research uses a normative juridical method to analyze human rights protection in the implementation and utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in Indonesia. Although regulations such as Law No. 27 of 2022 and Law No. 39 of 1999 have provided a legal foundation, specific regulations are still needed to specifically address the risks of privacy violations and discrimination resulting from biased algorithms.
