21st century education directs students to improve literacy and numeracy skills. Basically, numeracy is students' knowledge and skills in using various types of numbers and symbols related to basic mathematics to solve practical problems in the context of everyday life. TGT (Teams Games Tournaments) Learning Model. is a group learning activity organized by one principle that learning must be based on a social change of information among groups of learners in which each learner must be responsible for their own learning and is encouraged to improve the learning of other members. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of the team games tournament model in mathematics learning on the material of the circumference of flat shapes of grade 3 students of SDN Dadapan 1 Bondowoso, to describe the improvement in mathematics learning outcomes on the material of the circumference of flat shapes of grade 3 students of SDN Dadapan 1 Bondowoso. The research model used in this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes in class SDN Dadapan 1. Cooperative learning with the TGT model has a positive impact on improving student learning achievement which is indicated by an increase in student learning completeness in each cycle, namely cycle I (66.11%), cycle II (88.89%).
